Mermaid Tears

A vibrant glossy mottled blue green glaze.

Tip: If your result has areas of translucent brown, the application is too thin.

If you get pinholes with this glaze, try a thinner application. If you notice small pinholes on the glaze before firing, wait for the glaze to dry, then gently rub them with your finger to fill them in. 

This glaze may drip and/or crawl if applied too thickly.

Instructions:

Mix glaze thoroughly for 5 minutes or until the glaze has a smooth and even consistency. Use a wide flat brush to apply 4-5 even coats of glaze to bisqueware. 

•  Allow each coat to dry between applications. 
•  Fires to 1280 degrees (cone 10)
